I’m not counting Korea since all I’ve seen so far is the airport in Seoul. Still haven’t had the chance to hit the other countries in the region, but I have done more traveling in Japan than most Japanese I know. I figure I’m much more likely to visit the other countries at some other point than some odd spot here in Japan — might as well visit it while I’m here else I’m unlikely to ever get around to it.
I went to the turkeyday dinner Saturday nite at Kemby’s, an American style bar in Hiroshima. It was pretty good. Probably the first time in a couple years that I’ve had turkey. Yum!
Hiroshima has its fairytale holiday lights up again. This bunny looks to me like he’s part bear & a little menacing too…
Wandered around town a bit this afternoon, taking pictures of the fall leaves here & there. Pretty, but I’d trade them for warm weather in a second…
This site's title is a tribute to one of my favorite anime/manga, Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou (which roughly translates as "Yokohama Shopping Log"). Contrary to the title, the story has nothing to do with shopping and everything to do with observing and experiencing everyday life...
